A friend of mine saw this in Vidin, Bulgaria. No one there knew what it said. And they’re asked some Hebrew readers here and they could not decipher it either except for the last line. It may be Bulgarian transliterated into Hebrew. Can anyone read it?

A very interesting article about Mizrahi Jews. Some of this resonates for me as it touches on my ancestral Sutton family also coming from Aleppo.
